Shipping Policy
All orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping (USPS Priority) on any orders of $50 or more. My Beenoo orders typically are processed and shipped same day for all orders placed before 1pm PT. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders placed during holidays and promotional events. Orders will usually arrive 3-10 business days once shipped. Please check tracking information for latest details. For faster delivery, please choose FedEx 2-day option at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for any orders under $50.
International Shipping
My Beenoo orders are processed and shipped same day for all orders placed before 1pm PT. Please allow 2-4 weeks once order is shipped. For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for duties and tariffs once order arrives to the destination country.
Return Policy
Free 30-day returns! We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you feel the need to return our product, you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. Product must be unused and in original packaging please. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@mybeenoo.com where instructions and a return label will be issued. Please allow 2 business days to process returns and 3-5 days for funds to return back to your account.
